Rent currently starting at $2390 for a studio and $3925 for a 2x2. Rent does not include any utilities.

Pool, 2 spas, gym, 2 grill areas, dog park and package lockers.
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
We are pet friendly, $500 pet deposit, $50/month cat rent, $100/month dog rent.

Each unit comes with 1 garage or covered carport parking space. There is more parking at first come, first service basis.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
Residents are responsible for electric, gas, water, garbage, sewer bills.
Is the community gated or secured?
We have courtesy patrol after office hours.

We are located next to Summit Public School: Shasta.

We are walking distance from 3 bus stops, about 3 miles away from BART and are minutes away from I-280 AND CA-1.

Serramonte mall is walking distance from our property as well as 3 shopping centers.

Gelert park is 1 block away from our property as well as a Daly City branch library!
